About the event
During the hour, Jess will guide you through a ‘Rise’ flow beginning seated with breathwork and a mindful warm up, leading on to some fluid sequences with exciting poses, followed by a well deserved stretch and ending with rest and a guided meditation. All to a playlist that compliments the flow and energy. This practise is uplifting and a perfect way to start your Sunday morning!
All abilities welcomed warmly. Please bring a mat and any props you use them in your own practise and let Jess know at the beginning of the session of any injuries or limitations.
