Yoga for the Deskbound

This class is aimed at beginners, as well as those whoare experienced at Yoga, who spend a lot of  time sitting at a desk, in meetings, on a train or in the car and feel the consequences.

Learn what you can do to combat tightness and stiffness and to build strength where you most need it.   Also learn some sequences that you can do from the comfort of your work space…… if you dare!
