Yoga for Runners and Cyclists

This yoga class is for runners and cyclists who are both new to yoga or have some experience.

We will focus on some of the most common issues that arise from the repetitive movement in both sports and how yoga can help performance through being aware of your posture; moving through different planes of movement to mobilise, open up and stretch out the body; focusing on the breath and learning how to relax.
