Yoga for Healthy Living

As we age, we want to make sure that we hold ourselves and move in a way that keeps us healthy and encourages us to use as full a range of movement as possible. This Yoga class is aimed at aged 50+ and focuses on posture – we consider some of our bad postural habits and how yoga can address them – building balance and stability; andi ncreasing range of movement in the shoulders and strengthening core muscles.

For those of you who may have trouble getting down onto the floor, you can work with a chair.  All yoga equipment is supplied.  Please bring a blanket for relaxation at the end.
