Recuperative Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation

This class is open to all from beginners to more experienced yogis.  It is aimed at those who may  feel exhausted; anxious or stressed; or just feel they would benefit from a yoga session that does not require any energy but will leave you feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.  It focuses on  breathing; passive and supported stretching; as well as deep relaxation.  Bring a blanket and  indulge yourself.

Remember, you’re doing this for charity!
