If you thought that yoga is not for you because you can never get anywhere near to reaching your toes then this class may actually be perfect for you. There will be no bendy bunnies in this class.
Explore how you can slowly increase your range of movement through yoga without injury. There will be plenty of props to support you on your way. Bring a blanket if it is cold for relaxation at the end.
