The great thing about the Harts, apart from being talented artists and musicians, is they just get on with it. As in previous years we were presented with a beautiful exhibition of photography by local photographers for the Village Hall and an excellent competition for all the rest of us with the contribution of a national photographic judge to help everyone raise their game. Before announcing the winners, Anne Minter, the photographic judge, commented on how the standard had enormously improved in the last 2 years. The event was preceded by a workshop led by Martin Hart in Speen (from which a regular group has been established) and a visit by young photographer Caleb Wheeler-Robinson to Lacey Green Youth Group.
