Community Theatre Producer
Probably one of the hottest roles available, as Producer you'd be part of a sizzling team comprised of the incredibly professional Director, Annie Hill, and Music Director Sam Laughton. With such inspiring colleagues, this role is sure to be a blast! As Producer, you would largely be focused on making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in the run up to the Festival. Your responsibilities would include :

• Recruiting a cast of children and adults (with the enthusiasm displayed by the village in previous years, this should be a doddle)
• Helping to coordinate a flexible rehearsal schedule with the Director/Music Director
• Ensuring that rehearsals are always well attended
• Liaising closely with our slick production team and ensuring they are on track
• Making sure the logistics team know what is needed
• Recruiting a team of helpers to get the Show on the Road!
• Being available during the rehearsal period and the production period to troubleshoot or delegate effectively.

In addition to these activities, you would also need to liaise with our Publicity Manager to create a bit of razzmatazz and ensure the Show is an instant sell-out! If previous years shows are anything to go by, this shouldn't be any problem!!
