This is a fabulous free festival finale charity event for all ages. Our bespoke Festival Orchestra of 75 players will delight you as you relax, recline, eat and drink in the glorious September sunshine. Along with the orchestra's friends and families and much of Speen forming the prom audience we can all enjoy an afternoon of musical entertainment and some prom-style participation on our playing fields at the heart of the village. Our Festival Orchestra
Our prom orchestra will be made up of members from the following orchestral groups:
Great Missenden Orchestra, Aylesbury Symphony Orchestra, Chiltern Camerata,Wycombe Sinfonia, Crendon Chamber Orchestra, Wycombe Music Centre, Misbourne Symphony Orchestra, Slough Philharmonic Orchestra, Amersham Music Centre, Ealing Symphony Orchestra, West Forest Sinfonia, Piggotts Music Camp and Amersham Brass Band

Eat, Drink, Relax, Sing, Enjoy
- This is a free event so no tickets are required.
- The all important sing-a-long words will be in your programme and waving union flags will be available
- To avoid having to self-cater The King William IV pub and will be running a beer tent, champagne bar, afternoon tea and a BBQ so you won't go hungry!
- There is no pre-arranged seating so bring your picnic blanket, cushions or camp chairs and pick your spot on the Playing Fields for the best seat in the house in front of the marquee.
- Do bring the kids, they can run around and enjoy the play equipment if they flee from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.
- We are sorry but dogs are not allowed on the Playing Fields.
- Our local favourite Beechdean ice cream will be available to enjoy on our perfect sunny afternoon - and in the event of rain we will not cancel.
- There will be an opportunity to make donations to Ian Rennie Hospice at Home charity nominated by the Misbourne Symphony Orchestra and Chiltern Camerata, our two largest contributors of musicians.
- Speen residents thank you for parking in the allocated areas.
